When visiting Helsinki, there are some shops you should not miss!
First, you should go to the Minna Parikka store on Aleksanterinkatu 36. Parikka has the most gorgeous shoes, gloves and bags. Even Lady Gaga has been seen wearing Parikka’s creations.

Then, of course you should visit Marimekko. You will find many Marimekko stores in Helsinki, for example on Aleksanterinkatu and the Esplanade. At Marimekko you will find the famed poppy design.
My favourite is the Aarikka store on Esplanade.
Who would not love these cute little elves?
They also have some cool sheep and reflectors. You should always wear a reflector in Finland during the dark months!
My favourite elf is the one with a kiss on his cheek.

I just love Aarikka and often pop in and buy little things when I’m around, I also like some Marimekko designs but think I would probably break my ankle walking on those heels!! xx

Aarikka does have the cutest things 🙂 Hehe, I agree about those heels – too high for me. But Parikka has some really cute bunny sneakers too!
