Somehow Cee manages to think of new questions every week – this time about candies, vacation and smiles.

Live, laugh, love. Ha, I didn’t need more than three words!

Where do you like to vacation?

I don’t really have a favourite place to vacation. I’m easy like that. I can enjoy a snowy holiday skiing in Lapland, a city break in Istanbul, a short day trip to Tallinn, a sailing holiday exploring the archipelago on our own Finnish waters, an active vacation hiking in Chamonix or perhaps a beachy holiday in South East Asia. Just hanging out at home suits me fine too.

Candy factories (sweets or treats including chocolate) of the entire world have become one and will now be making only one kind of candy. Which kind, if you were calling the shots?

Hmm… it would have to be fruity gummy bears. It definitely would not be dark chocolate or salmiakki (Finnish salty liquorice).

Complete this sentence: Something that anyone can do that will guarantee my smile is…

Based on these photos you might think the answer is that giving me cakes will guarantee my smile! Even thought cakes do make me smile, I am a very smiley person as it is. In fact, you won’t find any difficulty in coaxing a smile out of me. So basically just coming up to me and saying hello will do it.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

These weeks have been going by in a blur lately. I can’t even remember what happened last week! As I pick my brain, I recall that we had the house full of guests as our daughter had two girlfriends over for a sleepover and in addition our son’s friend was here for the weekend. So I’d say that I’m grateful that we now have room to have sleepovers and the house doesn’t feel crammed at all! I’m looking forward to seeing two dear friends at the end of next week – life just goes by so fast that unfortunately we don’t get to see each other as often as we’d like.
