I missed last week’s Share Your World but now I’m back on track with answers to Cee’s questions. Read on to find out why my life’s like a movie…
Do you prefer eating foods with nuts or no nuts?
Well I’ve never really thought about it! I do love nuts and they compliment salads very well as well as Chinese food.
If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?
It would be a mix of drama, comedy and action. I have had such bizarre things happen to me that sometimes I think I’m in a movie or at least Candid Camera. I tend to find myself in strange situations home and abroad. In Tallinn I suddenly discovered that my five star hotel room’s bathroom walls were smeared with poo. In Nairobi I found myself on a bus singing gospels with Kenyan ladies on our way to a baby’s funeral. This Fall I had my car washed and now the whole car is mildewed and ruined. One evening in Johannesburg I dined with the South African Italian mafia. A while back I went to work in a kindergarten that turned out to be an awful place that maltreated animals. The list goes on…
Who talks real sense to you?
Who else but hubby, of course. I also have quite a few friends who can put things into perspective. I tend to get quite worked up about life!
Do you have a favorite board game?
I’m not that into board games but I do like one called Mondo. No-one wants to play it with me thought because I always win.
What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am grateful for last week’s fun meet ups, first with Singaporean Ivy and then with my old colleagues from my previous job. This week I’m looking forward to going to the theatre FOR FREE! It’s not everyday you get free tickets for a piece you want to see.
All these photos are from Porvoo’s Old Town. It’s pretty as a picture!
xx

My life feels slightly dull by comparison. Haha. (I’d hate to have poo on my bathroom walls, however.) What beautiful pictures! I’m going to have to add that location to my list of places to see.

Heheh I assure you the poo on the walls was something I’d rather not have experienced. But we did get a free night at the same hotel (without the poo thank goodness!!) out of it 😅 Thank you for visiting and commenting 💕

Your contributions made me feel cheerful whilst eating breakfast on this icy cold morning. Hope your car is back to normal now too!

Oh yes thank you for remembering M! I now have my winter tyres thank goodness. But otherwise the car has a huge mildew problem. I am working on getting it sorted but I’m not sure if it’s possible anymore. It was a sad turn of events for my car 😦

Thank you Georgina! I wouldn’t mind watching a film of your either – it would have the most beautiful scenery any movie has ever had 🙂
