I’ve been such a terrible blogger lately. I am finding myself short on time, as most evenings are spent burning the midnight oil with writing essays or doing other stuff related to my studying. I’m loving it but I miss my blog and everyone out there.
I was going through new posts on the blogs I follow and saw Share Your World. I haven’t taken part in a while, so here goes!
What do you consider is the most perfect food for you? (It can be your favorite food to something extremely healthy.)
The perfect food for me is a smoothie. I love green smoothies from Jungle Juice Bar but I am allergic to avocado, so none of that for me! My second favourite smoothie has mango and coconut milk. I also love cheese – all kinds. Brie with wine, melted cheddar with nachos or mozzarella on pizza.. the list goes on.
Are you focused on today or tomorrow?
I must say this depends on what kind of phase I’m going through. Sometimes I’m extremely stressed about the future. When I was leaving the job I’d been at for almost nine years, I was very focused on being worried about tomorrow. Mostly I just try to get by one day at a time and see what exciting things happen.
If you could interview one of your great-great-great grandparents, who would it be (if you know their name) and what would you ask?
I never knew my grandparents, so interviewing my great-great-great grandparents would be extremely interesting. I have no idea who they were or what they did but I guess that’s what the interview would tell me. Oh my – what a boring answer!
What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
Last week I got to spend some time with my goddaughter on Friday. She’s such a good natured girl that being with her is a joy! I’ve also been inspired by my studies, I’m enjoying learning more about community development, globalization and so on. It might sound boring to you, but I’m hungry for more.
Have a look at the photo below. These girls were the best travellers – they timed their camera to take a really cool photo of them all posing. It was not just your regular smiley photo – they all had different roles in it, for example one was reading a guide book and so on. I need to do that with my friends one of these days!
These photos were taken at Wavel Royal Castle in Krakow. We didn’t visit any of the exhibits but enjoyed walking around the area basking in the warm air.
